System requirements
Computer with CPU P3-1000 and RAM 512Mb or above. It must be also included a Wi-Fi card.
Connecting LAN
Turn on the computer, make sure that Wi-Fi card is turning on too.
(in Windows XP You may open System settings - Network Connections. Nearby "Wireless Connection" icon must be notify "online" (turned on).
Dubleclick this icon than click "wireless network" button in window that appear.
Choose "Open network" with "dlink" name and connect to it. LAN connecting done.

Internet
Only "Sigma-KTV" site You may open after connecting LAN.
Next You have to create billing system account before Internet connecting.
To do this open the agreement form page.
Fill this form, You must write out all margins in russian. (You may need a translator help)
Your login must contain characters a-z, 0-9 only (for example - john_smith )
Your password must contain 6 characters or more
WARNING! Your login and password must be safe secure! Newer give them to someone!
Creating VPN connection
For safe encrypted connection You have to create a VPN connection.
Your account page will be opened only if You have VPN connected.
If Your account page does not open or ask You about login/password, check Your browser settings e.g. - security settings, clean the "temporary internet files", "temp folder". Otherwise, use browser, that will work, e.g. Opera, Firefox.
In mostly harder situation - use operation system that will work (not Windows).
After fill the agreement form click button "Print". Print version of agreement will be appear. You must print it or save it in removable disk (flashcard, flashstick) to print at any time.
Set the checkbox "I agree", then click "Next"
After You press "Next" Your agreement will be sent in "Sigma-KTV" office. Your account will be activated in work time (10.00-22.00).
Payment
An ID of account is required for bank payments. See this in Your account page on first table row.
You need cash terminal of "GazPromBank" only to pay Your internet account. ID for cash terminal now must contain 6 characters.
If Your ID contains 5 or 4 characters, one or two "0" (null) must be prefixed.
About one hour till You pay, open Your account page and check the account state. The balance must be positive ant Internet state must be ON (Статус Интернета - "Включён").
ONE MORE WARNING - If You typed right login/password, but VPN is not connected - Your account is NOT ACTIVATED!
